01. Start Your Enquiry

Share a few details about your wedding & events with us through the ‘Start Your Enquiry’ form on our website. This will help us get a first idea of your day and what you may be looking for.

02. Availability Check

Once your enquiry comes through, we’ll take a moment to review the details and check availability for your date. We’ll then be in touch with you to continue the process.



03. Explore Your Ideas


This is where we begin exploring your ideas together — the flowers you may need, the colours you’re drawn to, what matters most to you, and the overall feeling you’d like to create.
There’s no need to have everything figured out yet. We’ll shape the floral direction together as we go.




04. Proposal & Initial Quote


After we have a clear understanding of your ideas, we’ll put together a personalised proposal and an initial itemised quote.
We’ll work through the floral pieces together, making sure everything feels right for your day, your priorities and your budget.



05. Reserve Your Date


When you’re ready to proceed, a 30% non-refundable deposit will reserve your  date with Froom. Your booking is officially confirmed once the deposit has been received.



06. Bringing the Details Together


With your date reserved, you can continue enjoying your preparations while we take care of the floral planning.
Closer to your celebration, we’ll reconnect to refine the final details and bring everything we’ve discussed together into your final mood board.
Throughout the process, you’re always welcome to reach out with questions, new ideas or anything you’d like to talk through. We hope the journey feels easy, enjoyable and full of excitement for the day ahead.



07. Your Special Day


On your celebration day, we’ll take care of the florals from transportation through to installation, with careful attention at every stage.
Each element will be thoughtfully placed so that the flowers feel natural within the space and come together beautifully as part of your celebration.

  • Fresh flowers naturally vary with the seasons and market availability. Rather than recreating a design flower for flower, I focus on understanding the mood, colour palette, and overall feeling you’re drawn to.

    From there, I select flowers that are at their best around the time of your wedding and create a design that feels personal to you while staying true to the overall direction we’ve discussed.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to share your preferred flowers, colours, and reference images.

    While specific flower varieties depend on seasonal availability, I'll do my best to incorporate your preferences while creating a design that feels natural and cohesive.

    Before enquiring, we recommend exploring our Floral Offerings. Sharing the arrangements you have in mind, along with your approximate budget, will help us provide a more detailed and timely response.

  • Absolutely! From ceremony arches and large-scale hanging floral installations to reception styling, we create floral designs that complement your venue and the atmosphere of your celebration.

    Each installation is thoughtfully planned with consideration for the space, installation requirements, design details, and on-site logistics.

  • Depending on the design and installation method, some floral arrangements may be repurposed in another space or taken home after the celebration.

    However, not all installations are suitable for moving or repurposing, so we’re happy to discuss the possibilities with you during the planning process.
